*Round/square bales per customer request at market cost.
*Each paddock includes loafing shed, water/tank, and electric.
*Loafing sheds # 1- 8 & #10 have one (1) 12′x12′ stall with an 8′x12′ tack room.
*Loafing shed # 9 has two (2) 12′x16′ stalls with an 8′x12′ tack room.

**Additional Boarding Fees**
Daily Grooming & Blanketing- Horse is blanketed daily as per your instructions, and any additional boots/equipment needed is also put on every time he/she is turned in or out. Your horse will be fully groomed before and after return from turn-out or exercise. Service includes grooming products and fly repellent. This service includes a warm water wash or bath as needed. The horse’s hooves will be picked out. Replacement of blanket / sheet & tail wrap. $100 per month
Super Grooming- this includes bathing with shampoo and de-tangling conditioners, brushing, conditioning coat & hooves. Replacement of blanket / sheet & tail wrap. $25
Riding- (horse exercise) this includes 1 hour of riding $15 per session.
Worming- $15.00 (wormer Included)
$5.00 (Provided by Owner )
Injections- $5.00 (Provided by Owner)
Farrier & Vet Handling Assistance- $10.00 all financial arrangements should be made prior to these services.
Supplements- $1.00 per day for adding supplements to feed.
Blanketing- $1.00 per day to place or remove blanket.
Fly Spray- $30.00 per month for fly spray once per day or as needed.
Fan- $10.00 per stall (you must provide the fan)
*Must sign a release of liability and hold harmless agreement. A current negative Coggins test, and current shot and worming records must be provided. If the horse’s owner is a minor, a parent or guardian responsible for payment of charges must sign these agreements.
